●Main structure of photovoltaic panel cleaning car:

1.Dongfeng Tianjin four-wheel drive chassis, matched with Cummins 210hp and Fast 8-speed transmission, suits various complex terrains and fully meets customers' needs fordifferent work sites.

2.Auxiliary engine: Guosan Jiangling brand, 87hp full-power output, connected to highpressure water pump & hydraulic oil pump. The latter powers the mechanical arm’s hydraulicsystem; the former supplies high-pressure water for flushing.

3.Mechanical arm system: Composed of 2 main arms, 1 telescopic arm & cleaning bracket,enabling 180° full rotation & axial flipping of the bracket. Operable in cab or via handheld

remote.

4.Independent high/low-pressure water systems: High-pressure for cleaning; low-pressure for conventional sprinkling (front flush, rear sprinkle, side spray, greening cannon). Rear has large work platform, optional fog cannon for multi-purpose use, maximizing utilization.

5.Optional heating system: Uses imported direct-injection burner with in-tank circulation pipelines, heating water at low temperatures.

6.Cleaning system: Water spray bracket & optional roller brush. High-pressure, large-flow water from nozzles + brush rolling cleans sand, dust & stains on PV panels.

7.Intelligent control system: All operations via electronic hydraulic/pneumatic control,operable in cab, saving manpower.

●Equipment Parameters for Cleaning Function:

1.Tank: Square, 5mm steel plate, 10m³ volume. Middle partition with bottom through holes,suppressing waves to reduce liquid impact during movement.

2.Flushing bracket: 3.5m long, with 40 high-pressure nozzles.

3.Brush (optional) with a diameter of up to 500mm, driven by a hydraulic motor.
